Your image must be sized exactly to the size you want the finished print to be printed, we can make changes to the files but they will delay the final production and we cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing.
To achieve the best results, we suggest uploading your designs in their original file format. We recommend using PNG files when you build the gang sheets. If you are uploading files to print by size please upload as high quality PNG's for their superior compatibility and quality retention. We will be able to print MOST image file type, although quality may differ. If you struggle with the online process you are most welcome to send them via email/wetransfer and we can work with the files from there.
Ensure that your design files have a clear or transparent background. This helps in maintaining the integrity and sharpness of your design during the printing process.
- Transparency, glow effects and drop shadows:
Transparency, see through effects and drop shadows do not work for DTF. Please take off any shadow or gradient effects as it will not print as you see on the screen.
There is no need to mirror or alter the orientation of your design before uploading. Our advanced printing technology automatically adjusts the orientation to ensure your design is accurately represented in the final print.

All files will be converted to RGB for best colour accuracy please supply the files as RGB files. We will not be held responsible for colour matching errors.
For best quality please supply images at 300DPI. Low quality images will result in poor quality prints and fuzzy pixelated images.
