UV DTF is a printing process that uses a UV printer to create a sticker sheet that can be transferred to hard surfaces. The process combines UV curing with DTF printing.

How to use our Gang Sheet Builder:
- Pick and Choose which gangsheet best fits your design(s) size and quantity.
- Upload your desired images to the builder.
- Be mindful of the colour border around your images! If they are showing up as red or black, they may not print the best possibly quality.
- Use the built in tools on you image to help rotate, align, trim and more! We also have a visual aid feature to help with seeing your designs on different backings such as transparent, grey and black.
- Enter the exact sizing of your design. Aspect ration is locked by default, if you wish to make your length and width specific sizes just simply click the lock to disable it.
- You can select one or multiple images and hit duplicate to make as many copies of them as you see fit. Our auto duplicate feature allows you to enter your desired quantity for your design as well as how much space will be between each of them and it lays them out on the sheet for you. You will be notified when you have overlapping images to help prevent any images from being covered up by another one. You will also be notified when you need a bigger gangsheet if the image quantity you desire exceeds the current gangsheet you are working on.
- Now that you are done building, you can change the quantity of your gangsheet before saving if you would like more than one of this specific gangsheet.
- That's it! Now you just checkout like normal, leave the rest of the work to us, and prepare to receive your gangsheets!
Please make careful note of the following:
Images must have their backgrounds removed! Any white background WILL print.
DO NOT MIRROR YOUR ARTWORK.
ARTWORK WILL BE CONVERTED TO CMYK - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR COLOURS ARE CORRECT FOR CMYK.
Shadows and gradients DO NOT PRINT with dtf, please remove shadows and gradients prior to uploading.
Gangsheets will be printed exactly as they are uploaded, please make 100% sure you are happy with your artwork before checkout.
